Conditions of Sponsorship
A sponsorship contract between the conference organizers and the sponsor will be drawn up and signed by both parties. A 50% deposit of the full amount is required upon acceptance of sponsorship agreement. The balance of payment will be made as agreed between the parties, but not later than one month prior to the conference. In the unlikely event of conference cancellation, all sponsorship monies will be returned.
